Where do you live?: MPLS, MN

Can someone answer why I receive the message

"System Monitor: Data Source "filename" is either invalid or cannot be found. System message: The specificied log file type has not been installed on this system"

whenever I attampt to add a Log File in Perfmon under the "Source" tab. I would like to add a BLG (cannot) and I receive this message even when attempting to add an already created CSV file. Thanks.
